House Your Credit, LLC (HYC) is a management company that has positioned itself to take advantage of the unique opportunity that the current housing economy has provided. The Company buys houses, condos, and multi-family homes from banks, hedge funds, and government entities in bulk “packages” at a discount. It then repairs and markets these properties via our rent/lease to own model designed to quickly gain new paying occupants. Our Customers are very important to our company. Mr. Hudson is a South Carolina licensed Property Manager In-Charge, a licensed General Contractor, Hazmat Abatement contractor, accredited investor, and Developer. He has a unique ability to evaluate the economy and find attractive investment opportunities. Mr. Hudson brings 20 years of experience in real estate transactions as both buyer and seller and maintains excellent credit personally and professionally.
